Hello, fellow Chromies!
It's hard to believe how fast January is flying by. Then again, it could go faster so we could get rid of the single-digit temperatures in my neck of the woods! Hopefully, it's warmer where you are.
This week I put my final thoughts together on the expensive Asus Chromebook Flip CX3 in a full review. This one took me extra time, mainly because I had to figure out why the performance of the Core i7 wasn't what I expected. I eventually did and I explain it all in this week's newsletter.
But first, there's some good news if you use a Chromebook and a digital pen: Google is working to improve the palm rejection speed on these devices. I also learned that Chrome OS 99, expected in the next 6-8 weeks will bring more features to the new quick Calendar view. And finally, there's something for folks that use both an iPhone and a Chromebook. I decided to switch away from storing my passwords with both Apple and Google. So I show you how to migrate over to a third-party password manager. Now I have my passwords available on any of my devices!
Cheers,
kct
